yeah! silvio berlsuconi, a.k.a. il padrino milanese a.k.a. italy's oldest playboy (forget about flavio briatore...) and definitely the most grotesque and ridiculous politician of our times was now voted for to be "rockstar dell'anno" by the italian rolling stone magazine. without even knowing how to hold an elctric guitar he's way better than all the others... please, don't rock on, silvio.

newyorkriotokyo X open studio

My friends from OPEN STUDIO are going to open their doors to the public on December 13th for an exclusive collaboration with the one-woman-vintage-label NewYorkRioTokyo that will sell its beautiful pieces on this day in the studio. To support the event visually, open studio is looking for all kinds of vintage photographs from New York, Rio and Tokyo.

If you have a picture that was taken in one of these three cities in the past, feel free to pass it along. Please submit your image(s) with your name, the date and the city to the following e-mail address: nyrt@weareopenstudio.de. Deadline for entries is December 08, 2009.

All submissions will be presented in a small exhibition in the studio on December 13th. Additionally, there will be an online album for everyone who won’t be able to join them physically...
