i am surprised i found out about this blog/book so late, as it truly spells out what we often consider: stuff white people like, the ultimate guide to what millions of young intellectuals like and what they defines them as "unique" and "alternative". even if it is very much focused on north-americans and its polemic tone is sometimes overused, i really enjoyed reading it. definitely my most entertaining christmas present this year. it might get so popular that the book itself might once appear in that list...
